There are three ways of printing.
- For large quantities, screen printing is still the most popular and cost effective. There is a set up cost of about £25 for the screen. However the cost per item is still cost effective for quantities over 50.
- Small runs can have logos or names heat pressed on to them. There are no set up costs with this method.
- Embroidery is generally considered the best looking finish for small designs. Once set up, different colours can be embroidered onto different coloured garments. There is a one off set up cost of about £50.
After extensive research in bespoke tracksuit manufacturing, we have teamed up with TK Hockey to offer a great service to clubs and teams. The minimum requirement is just 15 jackets or tracksuits per order.
Click here to go to TK Hockey's custom build tracksuit service. You can design a suit and print it off for approval. The advantage of this method is that if you require some more in the future, you won't find that they are no longer available. There is no need to have the manufacturers logo on the front of the jacket for a top class corporate look.
